Why OTM does not update the sequence numbre when Rate Recor is created by tables ?

Hello All!

I have a problem, I created any Rate Record by tables, then when I try to create another one but manually, appear the next error: (attached)

CANNOT ADD THE RATE_GEO RECORD. RATE_GEO SEQ MUST BE UNIQUE.

I load the nex table:

RATE_GEO
RATE_GEO_COST_GROPU
RATE_GEO_COST

Did I missing anything?
