Error in Build/send XML integration for service topic: PersistXML=true, gauranteeDeli

Hi All,

We are facing an issue in our Project where OTM is unable to send the outbound transmissions to EBS.

We have integration to EBS external system through Web services. As per the requirement the final plan data on the shipment needs to be sent to EBS.
This is triggered automatically when a Shipment Event is added.

But this was not happening. when I tried manually to send the transmission, it says successful but it is not sending any data to EBS.

Nor I am able to find any data in the transmissions table for outbound messages.

This worked fine till a day before, we have not done any changes pertaining to External system.

Bounced the server, that didn't worked.

Checked the logs. please find the screen shot of the same.

It says Error occurred in saving transaction

we are using OTM 6.2.5


Any suggestions to handle this would be highly appreciated.
