Help maped fields

Hi everyone.

I need some information. My requeriment is:

1.- Create purchase order in EBS.
2.- This order is release or firmed in ASCP.
3.- This order data is send to OTM with BPEL.

Actually i can insert in OTM im used a Query Adapter to extract the infor, but the problem im no sure if the datatable for this operation are the correct this are the tables:

And my second question is: where i can find the weight, volume and UOM form EBS and can insert in Order Base.
