Prepare/Print Report & Document Action Error in 6.3 (cause.Temp_File_Cache)

Hi Gurus,

We are using 6.3.2 version of OTM and according to Oracle there is a bug in OTM 6.3 release (Bug 18023979 : FP 6.3.1.1-6.3.4:NOT ABLE TO USE PRINT DOCUMENT AGENT ACTION IN OTM 6.3.1) which will be fixed in June 2014 release. Since our project goes live before the patch is available it will be of great help if any one can help us with a workaround.

Requirement: To generate report and attach it to the business object for which the document is generated and send email to the concerned party.

What we have achieved: We have achieved sending mail via a workaround process, but got stuck with attaching the data to the appropriate business object.

Any pointers will be of great help.
