Just came across a scenario where user wants to mention the number of the container required for the shipment.
As per OTM Standard planning feature, OTM decides the number of Container(i.e. configured as Equipment group) based on the weight and volume mentioned in the OR. The OR Weight and volume used to compared with weight and volume mentioned with Equipment group and decides, how many container required to execute the shipment. Here OTM compares to the total Weight and volume of the Equipment group and if it exceeds from the Weight and volume mentioned in the OR then goes for the 2nd container.
But here user do not wants to use the full capacity of the container, rather wants to use two container for one shipment even if the mentioned weight can be accommodate in one container due to some transportation restriction.
Is it possible to over ride the OTM default Selection from planning or can we pass any constraints?
