Getting Error creating user ID in Servprov.admin

Hi All,

I am trying to create new user id in servprov.admin, i given all mandatory information in the page then i clicked Finished tab. i am getting error like

RdbmsRealm: failed to create a new user:SERVPROV.AAES_CORGO_SERVICES

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-28001: the password has expired
