Custom menu in Chinese language

Hi All,

I have created a user and given prefrence as China Super user, where i have defined the language and country . All the standrad screen are coming in Chinese language , but if i create any custom screen they are not coming in Chinese languag.


Left Menu is coming in English.

Please suggest.
