I'm trying to use 'CONSOLIDATED NOTIFY' functionality in OTM. I carry out the below steps (based on help and some common sense) and I still get this following error.
"Notification queue CONSOLIDATED NOTIFY not active for (From XXX by EMAIL, To YYY by EMAIL, Method EMAIL, For SHIPMENT_EVENT, Style [workflow/DefaultShipmentEventHtml.xsl, subjectPropKey.Shipment_{0=null}_-_{1=null}{2=null}, not raw xml, text/html], Distrib null, Consolidation ConsolidationProfile{profileGid=XXX.AJ_TEST_CONSOL _PROFILE, adhocBatchId=null=null}, Delivery Window null)"
OTM says the "Notification queue- CONSOLIDATED NOTIFY" is still not active. I had the application server(s) bounced and even tried bouncing database servers to see whether it works. But still get the same error. Here is what I did for configuring "consolidated notify queue" in OTM and how I tried testing it.
Activate CONSOLIDATED NOTIFY and AD HOC CONSOLIDATED NOTIFY data queues in OTM
(1) Log in as DBA.ADMIN in OTM DEV
(2) Go to Business Process Automation --> Integration --> Data Queues --> Search for CONSOLIDATED NOTIFY and AD HOC CONSOLIDATED NOTIFY (PUBLIC Ones - Help says active both for it to work)
(3) Check the box which says "ACTIVE"
(4) Click Save
(5) Create a contact in OTM
(6) Create a consolidated profile in OTM with the following details
Consolidation Profile ID: AJ_TEST_CONSOL_PROFILE
Batch Size: 2
Stylesheet Profile ID:-
Time Window ID: -
Domain Name: CLIENT
(7) Attach the consolidated Profile to the created contact.
(8) Check the Consolidated Notify Only checkbox on the contact
(9) To test the changes, create a simple agent of type shipment, use an existing agent action "NOTIFY CONTACT" and pick the above created contact.
I call the agent through a custom shipment action and when I look at the logs, I see the below error.

Any idea what else needs to be done. I have an SR open with Oracle as well. But don't think they will give me any kind of answer soon. Any help would be appreciated.
