Facing error while configuring business monitor

hello everyone,
i am facing a problem while configuring business monitor
after creating a saved query, business monitor
i have assigned them to the particular user
now when i am running the business monitor
i am getting the result but when i am opening the order releases
i am getting an error

java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -24

please help me out
