OTM 6.2.8 'DBA.ADMIN' has insufficient permission

Folks,

I know there are other threads with similar issue but wanted to check if this issue is version specific.

Recently we changed the DBA.ADMIN password via the OTM Interface. After restarting OTM, we encountered issues with our Scheduled Bulkplans and Recurring processes. They would not run. The logs indicate the error.

Any help would be really appreciated.
