Restrict default operator to "SAME AS" and "ONE OF"

Hi,

I have a custom screen set , where I want to change the default operator to "SAME AS" and "ONE OF", i.e when a user is trying to search an object, the drop down should only display SAME AS and ONE OF.

Can anyone tell how this can be achieved.
