Building pallets in orders releases by line item

Scenario
We have configured our PACKAGED ITEM with its Default Packaging Unit (like SMALL BOX let’s say) and THU (4x4 pallet - Tier/High configuration associated)
When we create a new order release (or we import one from E1 JDE) we find that THU is no automatically completed, therefore Ship Units created do not build the many pallets they should (with Order Configuration = AUTOCALC UNIQUE).

Question
Is there a way to auto-complete or default the packaging units and transport handling units in Order Releases by Line Item?
