Report Development Document for OTM 6.4.1

Hi,

Does anybody has documentation on how to create report in OTM 6.4.1, Since we can built report in Publisher... How do we integrate that report with OTM 6.4.1.(steps in Report development guide are bit confusing)

How do we create New report in OTM, do we have to follow same method of creating and uploading Query template, Format template and Package.
