As we all know, License Management uses some sort of matching criteria between the transaction and the license itself. We have used USER DEFINED CODES to match them in the past and we know this works. We need to apply a EAR Permit/License only if there is a certain type of control applied based on the ULTIMATE CONSIGNEE. What would be the best approach to match the transaction to the license.. Thoughts ? What is the best practice ?
