Maintaining multiple denied party list in GTM

Maintaining different denied party list:
Requirement is client wants to do RPLS for multiple customers but there is a case that:

For Client A : X party is restricted
For Client B : same X party is good for transaction

In such scenarios we can maintain different data version of internal restricted party database.

But how GTM can identify client wise order and run respective RPLS screening using appropriate data version.
