Agent on Tracking Event to Shipment Status

Hello All,

We have 2 agents configured.
1. Agent on Tracking Event
2. On Shipment with event SHIPMENT STATUS - TRACKING

When we enter any quick event, both the agents gets triggered which is causing error with message duplicate record in ss_status_history exist.

As a workaround,From Tracking agent after legacy Shipment Matching, I am raising a custom event to shipment status agent. I have removed standard event.
There is one action COPY SHIPMENT EVENT is failing due to this.

Any help.
