Move Documents from Order Release to Shipment

Hi All,

I want to move order release documents to shipment when shipment is created. Let say, i have added/uploaded one document to order release, when i create a shipment from that order the document also should move/copy/link from order to shipment.

Is there any default agent action for this request, please suggest.
