Combine Itinerary

Hello,

We have a requirement where we have Shipments coming from different countries at a consolidation pool to Singapore and from there they are routed to a different country.

For eg:-

USA-->Singapore-->Indonesia
China-->Singapore-->Indonesia

In this case Singapore is the consolidation pool.

I have a Multi-leg Itinerary from USA-->Indonesia and China-->Indonesia.

I want both the shipments to go at the same time. So how do I combine the Itinerary or what changes do I have to make in an Itinerary. Region to Region Itinerary is an option but we do not want to create Region to Region Itinerary.
