Getting Null pointer exception while performing spot bid tender

Hi,

I am using OTM 6.3.7 version. when I perform spot bid tender on any shipment. it throws the error "java.lang.nullpointer exception"

I tried to check if any thing is missing like email id for communication.But everything is there. still it throws the error.
