How to change time zone for FTI reports

Hi,
Currently we are having an issue with shipment time dimensions in FTI report, the time its taking to filter the data is based on DB time which 12 hours behind the local time zone, so our report is not showing correct result.

Is there any way to convert the shipment time dimension to local time zone.
