i am trying to create a rate condition to calculate the rate based on the total count of box.
but not able to find the rate condition for the box count.
In item set up, inner pack count = 10, which means 10 items are packed in one box.
and then, 5 boxes are loaded onto one pallet.
(1 pallet = 5 boxes, 1 box = 10 items)
In the rate condition, packaged item count is derived from item count, and ship unit count is derived from pallet count, but could not find the rate condition to calculate the total count of boxes.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
