We are on 6.3.1 version.
Need clarification on a scenario, I have header level/line level tolerance rule setup.
When we receive original invoice which has an additional accessorial which is not available on the shipment, auto approval on invoice is not working.
e.g. Shipment cost BASE 4.38 Invoice Base 4.38
FSC 1 FSC 1
ISC 0.01
My line level tolerance setup were 1% accessorial initially. It means line level tolerance for Base and accessorial : Values in allowable percentage Below = 100%, Allowable percentage above = 1%.
I hoped that above is not working since, OTM tries looking up as a percentage of Shipment Cost and is not able to find any related shipment cost.
Next, I tried setting up line level tolerance rules based on the accessorial code instead of leaving them setup based on percentage i.e. I made the values as absolute i.e. e.g. ISC is allowable with Approval amount below 25 USD and Allowable amount above .01 USD.
I already played with following property value as True/False
glog.invoice.approveByLine.unMatchedInvoiceLineIte ms.checkTolerance = True
When the property value is false then I get following value in log:
2015-01-27 18:47:45.737 286271 Warning Settlement Invoice PLAN.3000006808-INV failed line auto approval because line 3 does not have a matching shipment cost. [execution - 2]
When property value is true then I get following value in log:
2015-01-27 18:42:26.002 254297 Warning Settlement invoice PLAN.3000006808-INV line 3 failed line tolerance rule DELL.DNZA_DE013 for costType=A, accessorialCodeGid=DELL.ISC, paymentMethodCodeGid=null, generalLedgerGid=null - freightCharge:0.01 USD, shipmentCost:null [execution - 1]
Can some one throw light for OTM version 6.3.1 if my scenario should work correctly or not? Above property was introduced in 6.2.2 version and as per OTM help its value should be true to support my scenario.
