Problem with report generation.

Hello All,

I have a question on creating / viewing reports.
I created a report out the Query Template (QueryTemplate.txt) and Format Template (FormatTemplate.docx). Both the files attached below.

When I try to run the report online, I see the headings defined in my FormatTemplate.docx but NO data is being displayed on the screen.

One observation is -> depending on the number of rows the query returns, the number of empty rows are being displayed on the report.

Please let me know if you need more details.
