Problem Uploading XML file in Query Template

Hi OTM gurus,

I'm new to creating reports in OTM.
I was trying to create a Query Template while creating a report.
I got hold of an XML from the existing query templates, modified the query to suit my business requirements, tried to upload it for a new query template.

When I click on "Finished" button, it takes for ever , the button changes to "Performing Action" and remains as is for hours and never creates the query template.
Can some one help me understand where the problem is?

P.S: Same is the case for Format Template too.
