We have a agent action 'Adhoc Notify Contact' when an agent condition fails.
In one of the case, thought the condition failed, the email was not sent to the contact mentioned on the agent.
User wanted to know why OTM did not trigger the email notification when it should.
Is there any table where we can see such adhoc notifications being sent from OTM.
