error getting while assign GL CODE to existed shipment

Hi All ,

i was getting error while trying assign GL CODE to shipment saying ''Unable to assign shipment cost gl codes'' Java lang null point exception , even i tried with same in local instance , can anyone suggest me what is the root cause .
