Reports not working in OTM

Hi All,

I am trying to open reports (.rdf) from OTM 5.5. I am getting below error:

[REP-110: Unable to open file 'reportname'.
REP-1070: Error while opening or saving a document.
REP-0110: Unable to open file 'reportname'.]

I have checked, all configurations settings in below files seems correct in report and app server

--> glog.properties
-->installvariables.properties
-->root.sh
-->install_variables
-->.com.zerog.registry
-->rep_XXXXX_oracleas1.conf

Could any one please help with below:

1. What are configuration files that needs to be amended for report server and App server connections?
2. How can we rectify the above error?
