Action Checks for Add Order Base Events

Hi All,

OTM V6.3.1.

Is there any option to restrict add Event against Order Base if some mandatory value is not present in Order Base. When we try to add event then system should throw an alert saying that Mandatory XXXXX information is missing so fill it and then try adding event.

I tried with Action Checks but it didn't not work :(. Any other option apart from this?
