Shipment status XML failing to get processed

Hi All,

We noticed that most of our 214 having the following <SSLocation> tags are failing to get processed. If we remove the tag and upload then it gets processed successfully.

<SSStop>
<SSStopSequenceNum>2</SSStopSequenceNum>
<SSLocation>
<EventCity>JEFFERSONCITY</EventCity>
<EventState>MO</EventState>
<EventCountry>US</EventCountry>
</SSLocation>
</SSStop>


Any idea what might be causing this?

Bulk plan not working

Hi all,

We were not have Itinerary from Canada to USA. I created that and now planning orders. Show routing option is building orders but bulk plan is failing. Bulk plan is working fine for other routes. Rates are also present. Can anyone suggest what is the cause.

Copy all parties from Transaction to Transaction lines

Hey,

Is there a function in GTM which I can use in an agent to copy all parties from the Transaction onto the Transaction Line?

If not, can you please suggest on how this can be accomplished?

Ground schedule not generating with selected date

Hi Folks,

We have an issue with Ground schedule in our domain.

The day select and either the duration 1 day or same date should produce the Ground schedule for that date, but GS generation date is earlier than the selected date.

EX: Selected Date 15/02/2015
Select 1 day duration
Produces GS as 14/02/2015

Also can explain how the activity stop details work in ground schedule.

unable to create order release from OB line with Simple ready to ship

Hi folks,

We are using Simple ready to ship 'ready_to_ship_ob_line' action to create an order release from OB line manually. Only for one order we are facing 'No results were returned from this action.' Can anyone suggest how to sort out the problem.

No link Shipment-Order Release

Hello everyone!

I have issue with link Shipment-Order release.
I plan order release to shipment. After that can't see assigned OR to my shipment via view tree. Also there is no data in the table view_shipment_order_release. But table v30_shipment_order_release has all information.

Could you please advice what the problem? I tried many times to delete shipment and plan OR again, but still i have this strange situation.

consolidate two Order Release onto single pallet

there are 2 order release which are from 2 different order bases.
Each order release is 1/2 pallet.
If plan the 2 order releases into shipment, the shipment would show 2 ship units (2 pallets).

Is there a way to consolidate the 2 order releases onto a SINGLE pallet, so that the shipment would display 1 ship unit (1 pallet) ?

Purpose of TOTAL_WEIGHT_BASE and TOTAL_VOLUME_BASE

:confused:
In OTM tables, every UOM column has its corresponding 'Base' column.
For example, TOTAL_VOLUME vs TOTAL_VOLUME_BASE.
I want to know the purposes of these 'Base' columns.:D

How to upload or extract Equipment Groups using xmls (Not CSVs)

Hi All,

I am using OTM 6.3.3 and 6.3.4 versions.
I do not see any option to extract the Equipment Group object xml (Not CSV option).
There is an option to extract Equipment object that includes the information of Equipment and Equipment Type only. But that xml wont providing the Equipment Group information.

However we can upload or extract the Equipment Group information using CSVs.

But is there anyways to extract or create an Equipment Group xml.
Has anybody come across this situation.
Please guide me.

Carrier is not getting any mail from OTM to accept the tender

HI

one of the carrier is not getting tender notification from OTM.
All the other carriers are receiving mails with the shipment information and stops and the link to accept the tender.
Is there any agent which will trigger these mails or where can i check regarding these notifications.

Newbie - List of users with FTI Access

Hi all,
Hoping someone can help me -- I need to produce a report of all users who have access to FTI. I need to do remove FTI access for any users who have not logged in over a year. I did a search by going User Management, User Manager, then querying by Business Intelligence Role field with contains FTI. I exported the file but it doesn't show me if they have FTI app or role. What is the best way to do this? Thanks!

screenset taking lot of time to show results

Hi

We have moved our data from test environment to PROD using domain copy. Few custom screensets related to orders and shipments, which were working fine in test, are now taking a lot of time in PROD (around 30sec or so which is just 5sec in TEST). We have made no change what so ever in default criteria, can anyone help me in sorting that out?

oracle.apps.xdo.XDOException.

Tender offer page level requirement

Hi All ,

one of my user wants to implement Spot bid tender and regular tender , if user create spot bid in tender offer screen they dnt want display planned shipment cost to service provider (carrier if he identify the cost in screen he may Quote higer price ) user wants to hide the planned shipment cost . i understand and did copy of the tender offer manager layout level
hiden the object.

for regular tenders user wants to display planned shipment cost for carrier convinence , i mean to say for regular offers we want shipment cost available at screen level for spotbid offers shipment cost needs to hide .

how we can manage for same carriers with to business objects , if anyone did these kind of changes or suggestion please suggest me .
