Query on user preference

Hi All,

We have a requirement to display date-time fields in EST for a particular user role. We set an user preference with the time zone as EST but this did not help.

Am I missing something? Is it that the date-time fields on orders/shipments take the time zone from locations and user preference does not work on them?
