OTM 6.3 Login Issue during first time installation

Hi,

We have installed OTM 6.3.1 version on Windows Server.
We are able to get the login page. When giving the credentials and submitting the details, it displays that the page cannot be displayed.
And the weblogic log file contains the following error:
