Multiple XDock routes using a single Itinerary

All,

Scenario: A -> B -> C -> D -> E

D - X-Dock Location

I have 100s of x-dock locations. So I believe I need to have so many itineraries, right? Is there a way I could have a single Itinerary and 'D' could be a variable? I believe it is not possible, but just wanted to confirm.
