Can OTM calculate detention? (v 6.3.2)

I would like to be able to have the system calculate truck detention (DET) based on the difference in time between arrived at location and departed location events; is this possible with out-of-the-box functionality (no custom agents, processes, etc.)?

If yes, can you point me in the right direction to learn more about this functionality?
