Sell Shipment not build

Hi Experts,

One of the buy shipment has failed to create the sell shipment after the voucher process is completed and the order release status has been updated by the system as "TESCO.PLANNING_SELL_PLANNED - FAILED" , there is a recurring process which picks the buy shipments with a saved query and process through bulk planner in Business process automation session.

please suggest where to check for the issue. Thank you.
