I am planning to create Multi leg shipment. my scenario is A --> B (by TL) B --> C (by vessel) C -->D (By Rail). these are the legs i created. i checked in Rate enquiry its showing rates. but shipment is failed. its failure in 1st leg and last leg. please find below failure information.
