E2open-Webmethods to OTM connectivity SSO issue

Hi All,

We are facing issue while connecting from Webmethods(middleware) to OTM production. OTM is sending an Error Response(Some kind of SSO registration) to Webmethods System. Our Prod instance is SSO enabled. We tried with SSO and Password too, still it failed.

We tried to hit from WM to Non-Prod Instance and it works. Did anyone face this kind of issue before.
