How to define no.equipments capacity for Company's fleet?

Hi Friends

I am curious to know how & where do we define the equipment capacity of a company's private fleet.

For eg:
ABC Corp has only 5 power units/5 drivers/5 equipments with them. When the no.shipments a day exceeds 5 they take services from external service providers.

Lets say on a given day , There are 7 shipments from Loc.A -> Loc.B , I believe OTM will assign servprov-CompanyFleet for all 7 during bulk plan because of cost. Later Planners may have to change servprov manually for 2 shipments.

If there is a setup where i can define the capacity as 5 equipments for 'CompanyFleet', then OTM will not consider CompanyFleet for 6th & 7th shipments. Is this possible??
