RPL Screening in Native Language

Can any one clarify if GTM 6.3.x support native language screening/content?

I checked with CUSTOMSINFO they say they dont provide the content in native language, in our case we are interested in CHINESE, PORTUGIES language.

I also checked with Oracle they say it supports but no clear documentation. I hope some one in the forum can guide me to the right direction on this subject.
