Our ocean/air implementation involves the typical 3 distinct Shipment IDs (Door-Port, Port-Port, Port-Door). We want to send Port-Port Shipment ID to Customs Compliance system but the same Shipment ID would confuse the hand-off by Freight Forwarder to the carriers for Port-Door.
