Consolidation Profile Configuration

Hi All,

I am trying to configure Consolidation Profile enabling user to get consolidated/batch messages.

Following is the configuration I did to get the desired result:

1. Created User
2. Created Contact
3. Attached User ID with Contact created
4. Created Consolidatation Profile (Batch Size as 2 and Time Window as Nil)
5. Attached Consolidation Profile to Contact
6. Created Agent on Shipment - Created Event and Agent's Action: Notify Contact.

As per my requirement, 02 separate notification should be send to user at a time. However, everytime I am selecting Consolidation Profile, I am not getting any message in my mail box on creation Shipment.

Do I need to configure anything else?
