Agent event help required

HI all,

We have a requirement like . If we go to Shipment Manager->Geography->Regions. Inside region we have multiple cities . From here , i want to delete any city from the given cities.
I want my agent to be trigger when i delete city from here, Can anybody let me know what agent event will i use over here.
