Parameter Set planning TL instead of LTL

Hi All,

I have 2 parameter sets A, DEFAULT
While planning an OR which is 150 kg (LTL)

if i use Parameter Set A - It selects a TL Carrier (min weight is 100 Kg, more expensive and Incorrect) I checked the log also it selects the rightful LTL carrier but doesnt plan with it

if i use Parameter Set DEFAULT - It selects a LTL Carrier (correct)

Do you know what could be the issue, any changes you can suggest in the parameter set value?
