Error trying to schedule appointment

Hello,

When I use the action "Operational Planning > Dock Scheduling > Schedule Appointment" on a shipment, I get the error:

No location resource is available to schedule appointment for shipment DOMAIN.99999 at stop 1.

I've enable several logs, and there isn't much more than that error message. That's the only entry marked as "Appointment" besides a few "not compatible" messages for every door, and I've checked calendar, location, location resources, contact profiles, equip. group profiles, and found nothing that should stop the appointment from being feasible.

Also checked appointment entries in glog.properties and couldn't find anything wrong with it.

Any ideas about what might be the issue?
