Bulk Plan Requirement

Hi All,

Consider the scenario, there are 3 service providers
A - Fleet service provider, Offers Zero Buy Shipment cost
B - External service provider, Offers 100 USD per Buy Shipment
C - External Service Provider, Offers 150 USD per Buy Shipment

Fleet service provider 'A' holds;
Two Equipment Groups
1. 20FT
2. 40FT

Corresponding Equipment Type for Equipment groups
1. 20FT_FLATBED
2. 40FT_FLATBED

Corresponding Associated Equipments for Equipment type
1. 20FT_FLATBED_TRAILER
2. 40FT_FLATBED_TRAILER

Case 1: Available equipments of the service provider 'A' is assigned to shipment and there is no equipments for further assignation. In this case bulk planning should leave the service provider A and should consider next feasible service provider option for Assignment.

Case 2: After completing the shipment, equipment related to service provider A will be left free from the shipment and will be available for assignment. In this case bulk plan logic should consider service provider 'A' for assignment and the service provider 'A' should be assigned to the shipment.

Currently we are on OTM 6.3.2. Can any one have idea on this above two cases? How can we achieve this?.
