Changes to custom stylesheet not showing up.

Hello,

I am making some changes to a custom stylesheet that is used for the Tendering Shipments. I got the template name:
workflow/MM_CUST_LOAD_TENDER_PROD_RAD_RM.xsl

Made the changes to the template, saved, and FTP'd to the server. I can see the changes were made to the file on the server. However, when I tender an order I do not see the changes showing up.

One question I have for starters is:

How can I make sure it's using the stylesheet I expect? Are there certain logging options I can enable to show me?

EDIT: I never restarted the server/stylesheets or anything. I am guessing that is the issue.
