Uploading Region Data

Hi,
I have created the csv for region, region detail and Xlanes. I uploaded these into OTM. I have also run 'Formulate Regions' request. I see all the data in the tables, but when I try to query it from the front end, I get a null point exception error.
I tried clearing my browser cache but still see the same issue.

Update: I thought it was because i had too many '_' and '.'. I removed all of these but i still face the same issue.
