By pass of Commitment Allocation in 5.5 OTM

Hi All,

I am having a Commitment allocation(CA) issue in 5.5 OTM where it is getting By Passed.
We are getting the below mentioned Line in the Logs- "By pass count commitment post processing. . ."

We found the above mentioned line when comparing with the ones where the CA is working fine. The Allocation is having available Counts and all other details but it is getting ignored only for a particular CA.

Please help me on this.
