Bill come from EBS but without term_id and term_name ????

i send bill from otm to ebs with standard integration
i got one line but in ra_interface_lines_all the column of term_id and term_name have null value
in attach file i make snap shot for every thing an xml file come from otm and record in interface table and the error that i got after run the request
any help please ???
