Order Configuration come from EBS Issue ?????

i make order in EBS and send to Otm
THE Order Configuration come from EBS by default = PREPACK
but when i choice Transport Handling Unit to pallet_ebpac as example and save the order
the Ship Unit Count =1 ( not count the ship unit count correctly))
