Issues while uploading Generic Status Update XML

Hi All,

I am facing issues while uploading GenericStatusUpdate xml for Shipment Object, when sending multiple GenericStatusUpdate XMLs for a Shipment and each XML has the same Refnum Qual but different values, OTM is adding rather than updating the existing refnum.

Refnum is setup as One Update, but One Update functionality of refnum is inserting new refnums like being set to "Many".
